WHERE ARE THE DEAD ?
Have you ever wondered what happens to us when we die ?
We are not in a hole on the ground like some biblical illiterate pastors teach.
It's important what God has to say about this, not men.
According to the Word, we have two bodies ; the terrestrial (flesh), and the celestial (heavenly).
When the time comes, we instantly come out of the flesh and put on our heavenly body.
Eccl. 12:6 Or ever the silver cord (the spinal cord) be loosed, or the golden bowl (the head, or skull) be broken, or the pitcher be broken (the failure of the heart) at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern (on which the bucket is brought up by a rope from the well).
12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was (we were formed from the dust of the earth) : and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it.
WE INSTANTLY RETURN BACK TO THE FATHER.
II Cor. 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
TURN WITH ME TO I CORINTHIANS 15.
I Cor. 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not ; for some have not the knowledge of God : I speak this to your shame.
15:35 But some man will say, "How are the dead raised up ? and with what body do they come ?"
15:36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened (made alive), except it die :
THE NATURAL BODY DIES ; IT CANNOT BE RESURRECTED.
15:37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain :
15:38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased Him, and to every seed his own body.
HE CREATED EVERYONE IN THAT SEED, AND IT PLEASED HIM.
15:39 All flesh is not the same flesh : but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
15:40 There are also celestial (heavenly) bodies, and bodies terrestrial (flesh) : but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
15:41 There is one glory (or splendor) of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars : for one star differeth from another star in glory.
EACH BODY IS UNIQUE IN ITS OWN WAY.
15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption (fthora in the Greek) ; it is raised in incorruption :
IN OTHER WORDS, THE FLESH BODY AGES, GETS SICK AND DIES. THE SPIRITUAL ONE IS PERFECT.
15:43 It is sown in dishonor ; it is raised in glory : It is sown in weakness ; it is raised in power :
15:44 It is sown a natural body ; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
WE HAVE TWO BODIES ; A NATURAL THAT WITHERS AND DIES, AND A SPIRITUAL THAT LIVES FOREVER.
15:45 And so it is written, "The first man Adam was made a living soul ; " the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
THE LAST ADAM...SPIRIT = CHRIST. THE LIFE GIVING SPIRIT.
GOD CREATED ALL "MANKIND" (ADAM) ON THE SIXTH DAY (GEN. 1:26-31). THE PEOPLE OF THE SIXTH DAY WERE HUNTERS AND FISHERMEN. HE RESTED THE SEVENTH, AND THE EIGHTH DAY HE CREATED "THE ADAM" IN THE HEBREW
( A DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL), BECAUSE HE NEEDED A FARMER.
ADAM AND EVE ARE TWO DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS THAN THE SIXTH DAY CREATION.
ALL RACES WERE CREATED ON THE SIXTH DAY.
GOD'S WORD ALWAYS MAKES SENSE ; MEN DON'T.
15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural ; and afterward that which is spiritual.
15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
EVERYONE IS RAISED TO THE SPIRITUAL BODY (AFTER WE PASS) FOR JUDGMENT.
15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy : and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
WE LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME IN THE SPIRITUAL BODY.
15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God ; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
WE ARE CHANGED INTO OUR SPIRITUAL BODIES, UPON CHRIST'S RETURN.
15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery ; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all changed,
THIS IS AN ENDTIME PROPHECY.
15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump (the 7th) : for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
THE DEAD SHALL BE RAISED INCORRUPTIBLE = THEY ALREADY HAVE.
AT THE 7TH TRUMP (THE FARTHEST OUT IN THE GREEK), WE ARE ALL CHANGED INTO OUR SPIRITUAL BODY.
WHEN SATAN IS HERE ON EARTH ON THE SIX TRUMP, WE ARE STILL IN THE FLESH.
15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal (soul) must put on immorality.
EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE IN YOUR SPIRITUAL BODY, YOUR SOUL IS STILL MORTAL.
IF YOU DON'T MAKE IT IN ETERNITY, YOUR SOUL IS ABLE TO DIE.
15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory."
IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN YOU ARE CHANGED INTO YOUR NEW BODY (AFTER JUDGMENT), YOU CAN REJOICE BECAUSE SATAN (DEATH IS ONE OF HIS NAMES) IS DESTROYED.
NOTE : We all have lost loved ones, and we miss them very much.
KNOW THIS : They are alive and well ; they are not suffering anymore, they are young, and very happy. They wish for us to be happy as well. The reason why we can't see them is, they are in a different dimension. We will be able to see them again in the near future.
REMEMBER THIS : GOD IS THE GOD OF THE LIVING, NOT THE DEAD.
